Hiro Kawashima
CEO
Born in Japan and raised in the U.S., Hiro graduated from Northwestern University in 2012 and joined GE's leadership program and worked in sales and platform development. In 2017, he became the CEO of Prescience Health (acquired by Flexwise Health in 2020). He returned to Japan in 2019, he joined his family business, a 120-year old HVAC and plumbing subcontractor, and served as a DX consultant for Hulic, Daikin, and Maeda Corporation.
Tung Nguyen
CTO・CDO
Born in Vietnam, Tung came to Japan in 2002 on a scholarship from the Japanese government. After graduating from Kyoto University, Department of Electronic Engineering, he was developed Android OS systems and applications at various companies. In 2017, he joined LINE as a member of the smart speaker CLOVA team, where he developed NLP, built the infrastructure for distributed learning, and led the research and development of large-scale Japanese language models including the processing pipeline for large amounts of training data.
